Through JobTread, you will have access to an extensive list of Sales and Estimating features ranging from a construction CRM and budgeting to contracts and eSignitures. The Project Management features cover purchase orders, daily logs, tasks and scheduling and more. Its Finance and Cashflow features offer Change Orders, invoices, billing, job costing, and payment processing. With the Business Intelligence features the user has custom fields, reporting, dashboards, and performance insights.

Pros
We absolutely love JobTread. It is a robust system with a lot of functionality. Their customer service, training and documentation is second to none. Our team has used MANY platforms and moving to JobTread has been a sigh of relief. It is robust enough to grow with us but easy enough to use that adoption has gone very well well! Special shout out to our dedicated service representative [sensitive content hidden] who has gone above and beyond whenever we had a question and to [sensitive content hidden] who consistently makes quality trainings! So thankful for the whole team.

Pros
JobTread runs FAST! Little to no lag time. If you are currently using Contractor Foreman you understand what I mean.... The JobTread team has made it simple to get started and the growth/add ons are planned and well thought out prior to implementation.
Cons
Still awaiting some better customization of bid packages, layouts, etc. Dont like that everything has to start as a "Job" using job numbers instead of estimates becoming a job.

While Contractor Foreman was cheaper and had a lot bells and whistles, it was laggy. The customer support is awful. The coding is farmed out. They make visual changes and updates that not only slow the system down, but cause more errors. They dont fix issues on what I consider the backbone of the system.Switched From

Autodesk is still acquiring companies and they are hard to get package pricing answers. You have to buy products you dont need to "get a better price" Very weird. Pros
We all are so thankful for our account manager, [sensitive content hidden]. He has been so helpful when it comes to his quick response times to his in depth teaching videos that he sends over after going over questions - these have played such an important role to have all team members on the same page. He has been a wonderful addition!
Cons
Trying to get the formatting of documents and views as similar to our old documents in order to keep things uniform for both external and internal files.

Overwhelmingly positive. [sensitive content hidden] has taken a lot of the pain away with the transition from Jobber. Super communicative and willing to help.
Pros
The estimating is very robust and gives us a lot of freedom to play with numbers to make sure our projected margin is right where it needs to be. Customer communication and lead management is also fantastic.
Cons
While the estimating is as feature rich as I could possibly hope for, the process is a bit cumbersome. I hate that I have to delete an estimate and revise the budget in the case of a change of scope or change order. I would rather just edit the estimate.

Pros
love how easy it is to use and training is quick with a few videos and calls to acccount manager and was quick to implement into the business in less than a week
Cons
Sometimes had to find training video on specific information but with a quick email or call to account manager and they would send a link or call back with information
