> **Pros**: The customer service is amazing, anytime you call the person on the other end is always cheerful and have an amazing attitude. They always figure whatever is needed out fast which is very appreciated

> **Cons**: It would be that it doesn't give notifications on the app if a driver has a violation or malfunction which would help the drivers in knowing when they are over hours or have left themselves on duty

> **Cons**: I purchased their CTS tracking solutions product back in 2019. Roger’s is no longer supporting the 3G network and I was given notification that all of the hardware I purchased will no longer work. They gave me recommendations on other products I could purchase with zero compensation or trade in value with my current system.

> I have a really tough time thinking about giving this company more business because what is stopping them from doing this again in 5 years and forcing everyone to purchase more hardware.

> **Pros**: Easy web services and portal. The installation is very straightforward. There are a lot of options and reports you can run on the portal.

> **Cons**: The AP1 camera units we had were plagued with bugs and issues. We completely switched to just GPS OBD2 dongles and haven't had any major issues since then.

> Overall the support staff are helpful when their services are needed, although reaching support via phone is a challenge. Via email or support ticket is the way to go
