> **Cons**: Customer support is the worst I've ever accounted, and there's not even a close second. My emails to the vendor advocate team went unread for 3 weeks, despite several attempts to chase for a response.  Calls to the enrollment team would take an hour at a time, several times a week, and ended with the requested action item never being followed up. Each time an agent would tell me they're escalating my case, and each time the call would end with an "I'm sending you an email" that never got sent. 

Support agents neither take ownership of their conversations nor proactively seek to resolve issues.

> Entirely negative. I reached out to the enrollment team for help setting up payments for an important Enterprise client. All that was needed a straightforward enrollment link \& code so that our team could set up a payment process to accept ACH transfers. This should have been a simple request.

It's taken 14 days so far and repeated calls and emails to the vendor advocate team and member services team to ask for the enrollment link (which only their team can provide) and I \*still\* don't have it. 

There doesn't appear to be a path forward as I simply can not get anyone on the Paymode team to respond to my requests.
