> **Pros**: Im Zuge des Onboardings bei Planery haben wir die Software erklärt bekommen und schon konnten wir mit der Dienstplanung und dem Stempeln starten. Durch die "Bewerbungsdienste" geben wir den Mitarbeitern viel Freiraum und so können sie selbst bestimmen, wann sie arbeiten wollen. Auch alles einfach funktioniert gut und alles ist sehr nutzerfreundlich aufgebaut.

> **Cons**: Bisher gibt es da nicht viel. Manchmal muss man etwas nach einer bestimmten Funktion suchen, aber bisher wurde ich immer fündig.
