Not only it allows personalisation at scale, but it also gives you the tools to send highly personalised messages. Their reporting and analytics tool has saved me lots of time and is well-rounded in terms of the info that you can download from candidates.

> **Cons**: There are mainly 2 things that I would love for them to improve:
Making sure that the email that gem is showing is actually the email of the candidate (would be nice to know how it was generated to double check).
It would be great if you could select candidates from a peoject/sequence and only download the  info of those.
