> **Pros**: User Access is great for hiring manager and applicants. Easy tracking to keep up with contacts to applicants.  The entire recruitment process is so much better using Appploi than my previous platform.  I highly recommend to others.

> **Cons**: The only thing I would change would be the ability to reply right back to applicants in the email notification.  This may be an option, but my email protection software prohibits it for me.
