The service is outstanding and if there is an issue, the live chat is quick and mostly helpful. I'm still laughing at myself for that one. Once I realized I wasn't getting accurate help, I asked if I was talking to a bot or a human, and that is when I was passed to a human who, within 5 minutes, had my issue fixed.
