Not only were we able to fully customize the tool for a campaign, but we created seprate accounts for each of our offfices (~60) that they were able to locally manage. As a franchise organization, that was crucial - and our offices were easily able to learn this new tool because it was so intuitive. Even though our initial 7-week campaign is done, it has proven successful by motivating and helping us to reward our employees - while also engaging our franchise offices. Best of all was the support from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] - it was absolutely unparalleled. He created video tutorials, responded quickly to emails from our franchise offices, worked with developers to come up wtih solutions to any issues, was extremely responsive - and really was the icing on the cake. Many of our offices plan to continue using and directly paying for this tool post-campaign, as it has so many applications - and we are considering another system-wise campaign with this tool in the future. Can't say enough positive things about this tool and our experience. > > **Cons**: A few of the reports (ex: downloading opt in or winner reports) don't include all info (ex: they pull names from Google, but not FB - or something along those lines - so not all necessary columns appear in download). Ended up costing the company a thousand more to get more prizes for the rest of the event since they were gone so quickly when we were not monitoring. Even with lots of loser cards. Sometimes it allows winners higher than our allotted winner count. So again had to purchase more prizes or tell folks there was an error and they did not win. > > Customer service is 100% on point. I was able to specify the game date and hourly times available for scratching, which helped to pace the game nicely over the 3 hour party. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the game and claiming their holiday prize at the party. Some people saw that they won and neglected to "claim" the prize through their phones. We could see they won on their phone (onsite), but couldn't see their names on the Priiize management dash if they hadn't fully claimed the prize. Some felt this extra step was tedious, as it didn't serve their purpose, but rather my needs for tracking and reporting. Also, some phones (not iPhones) struggled to work with the QR code scanning.
