> **Pros**: The set up was easy.  The navigation was easy.  Everything you need is all on one screen.  Migration of current documents took time, but being able to see them upload and then have an instant audit of the documents was great\!  The collaboration tools are a MUST have and they are so easy to use.  Email notifications with links to all important sections of the program makes it easy to view a folder, a document a whole project with one click.

> **Cons**: There were some differences with this product I did not expect, a date format that I hadn't seen before.    A little more customization with being able to send out documents to groups of people not associated with the folder or project.

> Overall experience is excellent, I created a folder structure that I was familiar with, migrated the documents into the system and added my users.  I set up their permissions and was able to use this program immediately, it had a great interface and support was right there.   Training was great\!  Due to Covid and distance virtual training was used.  It made no diffference in the support I received. 

 The users from the previous program did have some adjustment issues using the program initially.  It was similar but not the same as the one we had been using for 6 years.  I was able to assist them easily.

> **Pros**: storage and access to teh current design information is made available to the whole team.

> **Cons**: the navigation can be a bit clunky at times, although this has improved of late. unable to markup drawings on teh site.

> the first few months like utilizing any new software, was not quite as we had be presented the software, however there have been some considerably improvements and i would consider how the system works now is how it was presented.
