SEDUCA ha logrado posicionarse como la solución académica que requería la institución en un momento específico para dar un salto tecnológico importante. Durante la etapa de pandemia, lograron que la comunicación entre padres de familia, institución y estudiantes fuera fluida y, a pesar de que fue una etapa complicada, lograron colaborar con nosotros para generar el cambio en las dinámicas institucionales hasta el punto en que nos encontramos hoy.

Pros

Integra muchos servicios en sus diferentes módulos. Se ha ido adaptando a las necesidades del colegio y ha generado mayor confianza en los usuarios con el tiempo. Procura modernizarse e innovar cada vez más y cumplir con los requerimientos que surgen producto de su uso continuado.

Cons

Hay ciertas secciones que son "muy locales" (propias de Panamá), pero es algo que se solventa gracias a la disposición que tiene el equipo de GSE para cambiarlo o adaptarlo a la realidad de la institución y del país (Costa Rica).

La comunicación entre estudiantes, docentes, administrativos y padres de familia se facilita...

La comunicación entre estudiantes, docentes, administrativos y padres de familia se facilita enormemente con los módulos de mensajes, de interacción sincrónica, con los módulos de asignaciones, calificaciones, boletines, entre otros. Realmente el padre de familia puede obtener todo tipo de información de las actividades académicas, culturales y deportivas de su acudido de manera intuitiva.

Pros

La función de cuentas por pagar y la integración con tarjetas de crédito, débito, billeteras electrónicas facilita el pago a nuestros acudientes y es una modalidad no presencial, que resultó muy útil para modalidades virtuales durante la pandemia.

Cons

Existen tantas funcionalidades que es difícil seguirle la pista a todas las que podrían ser útiles para la organización. Por otro lado, aunque el personal siempre ha sacado tiempo para entrenar a nuestro personal, creo que deben desarrollara más tutoriales para cada una de las funciones más importantes y un vídeo introductorio que te guíe y te dé un pantallazo general de todo su potencial.

Pros

Para nosotros la función de llevar asistencia la utilizamos a diario, la comunicación con lo padres de familia. Es un software fácil de utilizar.

Cons

Al inicio cuando realizamos el cambio, nos hacían falta algunas funciones, pero les notificamos nuestra inquietud y fueron incorporando nuestras solicitudes.
