When a parent needs to have a child ready early (for an appointment), parents can message the teacher directly too. > > **Cons**: Some notifications will alert on the phone and by email if you do not set it up differently > > Great option for parent teacher communication. ----- ### "Every school must use it\!" — 5.0/5 > **Verified Reviewer** | *15 April 2022* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: I love how Seesaw helps teachers and students to keep track of their school work in a very convenient way. > > **Cons**: It does seem to be a little too complicated for older teachers to use and I wish they had trial videos on how to use this software. ----- ### "Seesaw is hard work for parents" — 3.0/5 > **Katherine** | *4 October 2022* | E-Learning | Recommendation rating: 2.0/10 > > **Pros**: Allows teachers to keep in touch with parents on a daily basis using photos, messages and uploading homework tasks > > **Cons**: It is difficult to understand where to find things that teachers have posted and un-intuitive. The design is poor. I don't enjoy having to use it daily, as it takes effort and could be much smoother. ----- ### "Easy for students and teachers" — 5.0/5 > **Verified Reviewer** | *11 October 2021* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: It is very easy for my students to upload their pictures, videos, recording etc. As their teacher, I can see their work instantly to review and approve. Parents can also see their work. It is a great way for them to share their learning with us. > > **Cons**: I wish it would notify me as soon as something is submitted by a student. If I forget to open the app, I do not know it is there, waiting for my approval. > > I use it all the time - it's great. ----- ### "Seesaw" — 5.0/5 > **Tabitha** | *11 July 2020* | Consumer Goods | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: This software made it very easy to communicate with teachers and to see what projects my kids are up to in school everyday. > > **Cons**: The difficulty switching between accounts made it a little hard to use. > > I love seesaw and will definitely be using it again next school year.
