About CAYA
Mail digitisation and document management from a single source: with Caya, self-employed people and small and medium-sized enterprises can digitally receive, organize and process all documents, including their letter mail and forwarding mail. In addition, Caya can set up a P.O. box address for everyone from which the user can receive their mail digitally. Users receive their mail in the Caya Document Cockpit and are notified by email or push notification.
In this way, teams can file and process their emails and all other important documents digitally and audit-proof in the Document Cloud. Incoming documents can thus be easily distributed within the company, invoices paid or forms filled out and signed.
The advantages of the Caya Document Cloud include the mobile app, which enables simple and smooth access to documents at any time and any place - of course, audit-proof and GoBD-compliant. In addition, the automated and paperless processes enable an increase in efficiency, while the integration of accounting solutions even accelerates invoice approval. Caya helps to manage my physical mail and I no longer miss payments, etc. It helps in sorting and categorising the mail and you can decide in advance which documents are really necessary in physical form.
Pros
All mail is digitized and made available to me as a document in my inbox. This allows me to sort and file my physical documents directly in an OCR-optimised way.
Cons
The request for physical documents sometimes takes a long time. Support is only by email, which makes it more difficult for quick solutions.

Pros
We used Caya because we often work remotely. The service is decently priced and the data processing tools are just great. From direct marking and editing of the scanned PDFs to forwarding and good archiving as well as sending the originals, everything works flawlessly. We have often recommended CAYA to our acquaintances!
Cons
Unfortunately, the direct payment function for invoices does not work for us. The connection to the bank breaks.
