> **Pros**: Lo que más me ha gustado es la amplitud de opciones de uso con las que cuentas en el día a día, es decir, puedes evaluar, añadir notas, mandar mensajes, añadir el estado en el proceso de selección, agendar, crear enlace de reunión con la persona, etc. Son funcionalidades que hacen que el día a día en el departamento sea más operativo y efectivo.

> **Cons**: Lo que menos me gusta es la duplicación de los perfiles, aunque te lo señala la aplicación, en ocasiones te retrasa.

Me gusta la facilidad para enviar correos personalizados a los candidatos.

Yo creo que le falta una pestaña donde guardar los candidatos interesantes, al margen de la oferta a la que hayan aplicado.

> **Pros**: Es muy sencilla su utilización, abarca varias plataformas de empleo publicando sólo una vez, con lo que te ahorra mucho tiempo de trabajo. Y fácil de valorar  a los candidatos adaptándose mucho a tus necesidades de clasificación particulares. Producto muy adaptable.

> **Cons**: A veces al analizar los datos del candidato, si el curriculum que envían no es muy claro el programa se lía con las fechas de inicio y de fin de cada empleo desempeñado por el candidato. sólo en algunas ocasiones, pero es sencillo de corregir manualmente y el propio programa te lo detecta.
> 
> En general estamos muy satisfechos con su uso y hemos renovado contrato.
