Postman is a great tool for Developers specifically those who work with APIs . You can do collaboration by working in the same workspace from the Postman to connect with your team and share files and codes and api response etc. More over you can develop and design your api you can test it. You can access third parties like cloud providers and code source management softwares .
Pros
I like the fact that there is everything at the same place for api development from the planning to the designing and to the testing of the api. I can use third parties like cloud providers and source code managements.
Cons
Debugging and customization is a bit difficult for begginers but overall it is compromisable

Pros
It's easy to write calls and test them. You can choose which format you want to display the response and you can also get an instant conversion of the API call in a fully working programming code.
Cons
With the new update all my collections have been removed automatically and I needed to re-import them back manually.

Pros
It's great for API development teams who want to share collections for quick testing.
Cons
Postman's wide adoption has caused them to take on tasks it was never meant to perform. Anything beyond quick API tests, and collection sharing is not well supported, AT ALL. The amount of massaging that has to be done for even the most basic CI and testing tasks point to it's limitations as a scalable test framework. Which it is not, and never will be. Postman is a tool, not a framework.The intuitive UI for API collection sharing and maintenance quickly becomes a nightmare when teams attempt to force integration testing on top of it.

I use Postman to connect via API to firewall (and send commands). I like the interface and how it works. I usually write in Json and Postman helps me in avoiding mistakes.
You should try Postman, you'll like it.
Pros
Postman can be used online but also installed on you pc. I actually I use it with my google account (so registration is fast).
It's really useful when you need interaction via API, the interface is clean and easy to understand and the program runs smooth.
Documentation is avalaible on internet.
In the main page you see your recent works, you can have many sessions using tabs (you can also see the history just clicking on the icon on the left).
Postman is free but you can also have paid plans in case of need (e.g. unlimited collaboration members).

Postman is best for the api testing and it is possible to automate the api hits and in a way performance testing can be done with ease. User interface is great and the customization is well maintained in postman

I can not think of any right now. It servers the purpose.
