> **Cons**: Peut-être trop de fonctionnalité au début de l'utilisation, le top aurait été d'avoir le stricte minimum (l'utilisation de CRA pour mes collaborateurs) puis de débloquer des fonctionnalités au fur et à mesure. Et je suis pas super fan du design, mais ça reste un avis personnel car je le trouve très fonctionnel.

Un logiciel nous suffit à tout gérer, c'est pratique, intuitif, on y gagne énormément de temps.
Les équipes sont à l'écoute d'éventuelles propositions et axes d'amélioration que nous pouvons proposer selon notre utilisation quotidienne de l'outil.

Il nous manque un reporting exploitable pour traiter le CIR chaque année.

> **Pros**: Vous êtes une jeune entreprise et vous voulez vous simplifier l'admin avec un outil complet. Ne cherchez pas longtemps. Tous les modules sont inclues de bases, pas de coûts cachés. Il y a certes des grandes capacité de paramètrage mais c'est très efficace pour ne pas perdre son temps en administratif.

> **Cons**: Comme il fait tout, forcement un ATS sera plus performant, un CRM sera plus performant. Mais est-ce que l'on utilise forcement toutes les fonctionnalités de tous ces outils.

> Je recherche un outil, je ne veux pas jongler entre les multiples outils et croiser les données. C'est simple efficace. L'accompagnement humain des Boondcoach est très stimulant, on sent l'énergie positive dans cette entreprise \!
