> **Cons**: 1. The inability to readily customize and once done it did not carry the custom format to other budgets  2. The lack of functionality to compare actual to budget 3. the fact customer support was not open to helping us and referred us to documentation that was not helpful and assumed we reached out to them first.

> It has been a struggle, I am walking away due to the poor product functionality after paying for a year that they won't refund.  They are making money due to refund policies in spite of a poor product without some logical features

> **Pros**: Easy to generate a forecast. The interface is somewhat outdated, but once you get a hold of how their system works, it's quite easy to use.

> **Cons**: BEWARE  --- non-refundable auto-renewal. We no longer wanted to use the software, but the system automatically renewed our subscription. There is no refund policy - we are locked into a contract even if we wanted to cancel.
