> **Pros**: The customer service at Rockerbox is top notch. I am using the free version and I am still so impressed by their team. Upon onboarding, there was a feature that I wanted to see and they went out of their way to build it within 2 days of me asking. I wanted to see top conversion paths and this tool does a great job at showing me that.

> **Cons**: There really isn't anything negative to say about this software. The "bucket" terminology they use could be confusing to some, but nothing that couldn't be learned.
