My boss had to talk me through how to use it beause I had not used similar softare like this before, but it was easy to learn, and really easy to get great results. It feels amazing the first time you see your Surfer post appear on Google's first page!
Pros
Very easy to see which keywords and phrases need to be included and also easy to filter.
Cons
Sometimes, the content freezes up, but my boss has no problems like this, so I think it is because of my networconnectionon in the house and using it on a Chromebook. It always ends up working and I never lose any content.
