> **Pros**: Fairly easy to fumble around and figure out.  It looks like it will be a great product once I'm able to watch all of the training videos.

> **Cons**: Still trying to figure out how to input the last 5-8 years' worth of project data so I can be up to date with project history.  I don't like that I have to lose historic data and start over.  Although, maybe I just need to send all of my old project data and have it uploaded.  I wish it was easier to customize reports and invoice templates myself.

Customer Service is always helpful and is very quick to reply so that we aren't held up if we run into an issue.
