> **Pros**: Opportunity to use all the components and features we needed like live stream, exhibition, networking, entertainment, participants list, chat, speakers list, and schedule. Design, easy customization, communicating with the team.

> **Cons**: At the start we lacked a seamless integration with our registration system but the Beams team helped us with everything and are already working on the format fast.

> It was the first time we hosted SPIC 2021 in hybrid format. We had to make comfort space not only for watching a live stream from all the conference halls but also for participants’ communication of different formats. To give online participants a feeling of the same spirit as those who visited offline conference. Beams platform helped reach these goals, thank you for the perfect experience and support\!
