Benefits administration platform with reimbursement requests

About ThrivePass

ThrivePass is a benefits administration software designed to help businesses manage employee onboarding, engagement, tuition reimbursement, benefit stipends, spending, and other processes from within a unified platform. Staff members can access information about enrollments, submit requests for reimbursements, and view balances across pre-tax accounts.

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)-compliant system lets organizations handle processes across Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) administration. It allows administrators to handle eligibility by creating classes or divisions and configuring multiple benefit plans according to requirements. Administrators can also track employee engagement and spending trends using reports and set up funding frequency on a monthly, on-time, quarterly or annual basis.

ThrivePass enables managers to return, approve or reject employee requests. It also helps staff members submit claims with supporting documents.

Pros

It's a vey simple process. Really nothing to describe, enter name, sum and upload the proof of verification. Done. They come back very fast usually.

Great tool for managing our wellness perks

Pros

Easy to use as an end user; for products/services that aren't listed easy to submit a receipt for reimbursement; quick/easy! On the admin side easy to manage integration with our HRIS, awesome customer service (super responsive!), and no complaints from our employees which is always a good sign

Pros

Nothing....customer service is BAD.....shut my card off in mid December so I could not use MY funds to pay for eye exam, etc

Cons

Hard to deal with. Shut down all cards in mid December to switch over to a new system. Yes, Mid December, busiest time of the year to use funds YOU have contributed

Pros

I was sure there were going to be issues connecting my already existing gym membership information to Thrive and having everything still get paid out correctly, especially since the amount my company gives to Thrive is less than what I pay monthly. However, all I had to do was enter some basic membership information into Thrive and account information, and everything was paid out correctly on the first try. This makes it really easy to use benefits reimbursements the company is giving.

Cons

I'm only using it for one benefit right now, so I haven't played with it a ton outside of that one benefit, but I have come across no issues so far.
