> **Pros**: The facility to collect data and analyze helps to improve in areas that with the comments and statistics you can see the failures, they are more innovative surveys and with more precise results.a whole marketing investigation where the feedback it provides is the way to improve, its functionality allows very complete surveys to be carried out for timely responses that help
