> **Pros**: Keinerlei Vorteile , das ist alles kompletter Mist . Keinerlei brauchbaren support. ,keine direkte Unterstützung oder Rückruf

> **Cons**: Null Service, null intuitive. Seit 8.7. 2026 versuche ich für agenda invoicehub, support zu bekommen ....ausser KI emails die null weiterhelfen bekommt man nichts. Telefonisch ? Nein ....nur KI Assistent,  der nichts kann. Die sind eine vollkatastrophe . Kann nur jedem raten die Finger davon zu lassen

> Schlimm, kein richtiger Service. Auf email gibt es KI Assistenten die mit nutzlosen infos antworten.  Keine echte Hilfe verfügbar.  Grenzenlos schlecht rundum. Muss man auch erstmal schaffen sooo unterirdisch schlechten Support zu machen...

> **Pros**: Den Vertrag kann man ganz ohne Steuerberater abschließen und die Software direkt bestellen. Ich habe den Vertrag schnell per E-Mail erhalten und konnte ihn umgehend abschließen.

> **Cons**: Das Online-Kassenbuch ist unprofessionell umgesetzt. Man kann die Belege nicht mit der Buchung verknüpfen, was eigentlich Standard sein sollte. Zudem gibt es im Kassenbuch keine automatische Belegnummer, obwohl man diese zwingend eingeben muss.

> Benutzerunfreundlich und unprofessionell: Im Kassenbuch gibt es nicht einmal eine Belegnummer\! und die Belege kann man nicht verknüpfen.

Wir haben den Kampf nach nur 12 Monaten aufgegeben. Hier ist man zwar günstig dran aber auch verloren, wenn mal etwas nicht funktioniert

> **Pros**: Leider rein gar nichts, da die Software behäbig ist und die Firma nicht gut organisiert.

> **Cons**: Die ASP Cloud ist für moderne Unternehmen nicht mehr geeignet. Die Software irgendwo in den 2000er Jahren stehengeblieben. Alles sehr behäbig und läuft eben old school nur an Windows PCs. Die Einrichtung eines Users katastrophal. Buchen nach alter Art - es ist behäbig und dauert. Zudem werden FX nicht sauber importiert. Nachbuchen, wo man hinsieht.

> Neben der Software hat das Unternehmen Knebelverträge, die einfach nicht vernünftig sind. Kündigung immer nur zum 31.12. - gerade bei einem Buchhaltungstool toll, da man das dann noch mal für den Jahresabschluss ein Jahr weiterlaufen lassen darf. Unternehmen hält sich auch nicht an Absprechen - ist kundenunfreundlich etc.
