The assistance and support you receive from the organization to make appropriate use of the application are of high quality and are thoroughly explained. They want to make things as easy as possible for you, so they invite you to contact them if you have any questions about setting up a meeting.

> **Cons**: It is challenging to make the payment for your membership. You are obligated to speak to a customer service representative, but the service rep you talk to can't be just any client service representative. You will be assigned your own agent to help you sign up for the service.
