> **Pros**: Tra gli aspetti più interessanti c'è una facilità di implementazione davvero notevole, l'integrazione con la piattaforma di eCommerce è stata efficace e senza intoppi. Il WhatsApp marketing è agli inizi e Spoki dimostra un'elasticità e una versatilità davvero interessanti rispetto alle enormi potenzialità che ancora gli stessi marketer devono veder sviluppare dal canale conversazionale. Le regole imposte da Meta per l'utilizzo vanno metabolizzate, ma Spoki le spiega con chiarezza e supporta costantemente il brand nell'adozione delle soluzioni più efficaci per raggiungere il risultato.

> **Cons**: La parte di CRM puro interna alla piattaforma è ancora acerba, ma l'integrazione con sistemi esterni più maturi e dedicati aiuta a superare il limite. La gestione dell'import di dati tramite CSV per campagne mirate è un po' macchinosa e non sempre va a buon fine. Tuttavia il team è talmente reattivo ai feedback dei clienti e alle necessità di nuova implementazione che anche i piccoli problemi li abbiamo visti risolvere spesso nel giro di poche settimane.

> Grazie a Spoki abbiamo integrato in poche settimane un canale di contatto completamente nuovo e per molti versi non paragonabile a quelli esistenti (SMS innanzitutto). Customer Care e relative Upselling Activities ne hanno beneficiato in maniera significativa. L'approccio (reale) di Spoki come partner di business - anzichè di semplice fornitore di una efficace soluzione tecnologica - credo sia il vero vantaggio da tenere in considerazione.
