You can get an account and start entering tickets in 2 minutes from the login screen. Then you can gradually configure the workflow, add accounts, add company logo, add alerts, tags, versions, new projects, etc. as you need them or don't need them. > > **Cons**: Some of the menus and configuration settings are hard to find. The public/private project and issues can be a little confusing. Setting up the workflow (where does an issue go next, Closed, Validated, etc.) initially could be more visual rather than a sea of check boxes. It would be good to have local database backups. > > I've used several other issue management systems and all of them are clunkier, harder to configure, and just not nearly as intuitive to use as MantisHub. I like the simplicity and user interface of MantisHub. Admittedly I don't use every feature it boasts but am willing to look around and learn more. The text fields don't resize for mobile so there is vertical scrolling involved. I also don't think it is the most intuitive user interface.
