VXT is the best VOIP system I've tried

Pros
My firm uses Karbon, so have the contacts synced and the transcripts of the calls saved within Karbon is huge timesaver.
Cons
There's nothing really that I don't like.

Pros
I love VXT!! One of the greatest pieces is the mobile experience. I have not experienced a VOIP system with a mobile app like VXT.
Cons
It is not integrated with campaigns in loxo.

Pros
The main reason for switching was the integration with my CRM. I can now see the caller ID for who is calling and easily add notes to the CRM following a call. The call recording feature will also be useful as, although not needed to as yet, allows me to check information on certain calls
Cons
Not being able to pay monthly as I only require one connection

Pros
it's integration w Actionstep allows seamless capture and optional billing of all client calls
the AI transcription of calls and their seamless insertion as file notes into Actionstep is wonderful.
the intuitive call flow building GUI let us tailor the incoming call flow to suit us
the onboarding experience was excellent as we transitioned from our previous VOIP provider
the platform has been rock solid - far more so than our NBN service
when we had a transferring from reception problem, the VXT tech support kept working the problem w us until it was resolved.
Cons
that I can't search across messages w all contacts
that I can't get a summary of interactions w a contact
I can't filter by contact types

Love it - it's given me so much certainty in my communications with clients and my ability to provide a complete service. Conversations are clear and is the best in class
Pros
Vxt brings all my platforms together and brings my communication into my workflow systems. Without it I would lose so many notes and information around my clients.
Cons
Can't think of one! The only thing I could say if it's free it might be better
