As a reseller for OpenText's ECS/Delta solution for EDI, we have utilized these tools to supply EDI customers with information from both the automated flat file import/export functions of Radius and the direct database access to either load EDI orders into Radius or generate EDI Advance Ship Notifications and Invoices back to the customer. As an automated process, customer service will soon have the ability to utilize an EDI Dashboard to correct exceptions allowing failed transactions to recover automatically thru their intervention.
