We were looking for user-friendly application to implement shared parking spots and desks in the office. I had 3 meetings with the potential suppliers and we chose Tidaro because of the right combination of costs and user-friendly environment. From that time I never regret this decision, we have very good communication with the supplier and I would recommend it strongly.
Pros
Tidaro is easy to use, the implementation was very easy without any support from our IT department. The users started to use Tidaro from one day to another. The client support works perfectly, I appreciate that the developers ask for feedback and come with new features quite often.
Cons
If there is something to be improved I am used to send it as my feedback and we always come to a solution.

Pros
The ease of use and I also have to mention the amazing customer support. Thanks [sensitive content hidden]
! The app is very important since it makes it easy for colleagues to go into the office knowing that there is still space for them or planning ahead of time.
Cons
Sometimes when i try to restrict desks for multiple days for external guests after 3 desks the office area gets reset to my own so i have to go back and continue restricting desks, it's not a huge deal but it could be better,
