Except south india, no mechanic or electrician will be able to understand them as they speak English only. Their product is worst of all the tracking systems I have used. They have 2 antennas coming out from device which are very easy to tamper. Their software shows only air travel lines and not the actual route traveled by vehicle. The device gets off every 3rd or 4th day, re-installation is required repeatedly. Their log intervals are too high. Geofence, landmarks do not work completely. They do not have their installation team. We have to install their product ourselves with them over the phone. And keep doing it 10 times every month. Very disappointed with them. Really don't know how they claim of getting international recognition. Wasted my money on this. Stay Away from Trinetra.
