> **Pros**: What I like most is how easy it is to connect different applications together to do things that otherwise would be impossible. I like that they do not charge for everything such as multiple steps, dates, split text and more.

It works well. And if there is any problems I get an email notifying me of it failing. But once set up I've found it's a set and forget product.

-No phone support.
-Few bugs hear and there.
-Lack of good "print" documentation with examples. Heavliy relaying on Youtube for documentation.
