At the back end and for the administrators/tree managers, the software provides great outputs and insights with the delivery of urban forest metrics and easy management of works required for contractors and inhouse staff.

> **Pros**: As an organisation we looked long and hard at the different systems being used in other Local Government  Municipalities and it became very clear/obvious early on, that Forestree  was easy to use. 

It is a credit to the developers of Forestree as to how flexible and accommodating they are working with both our IT department and arboriculture staff to achieve and meet our specific requirements. 

The system is constantly evolving and as it currently exists today is only the beginning of what it will become in the future.

> **Cons**: At this point in time any issues that were identified have been auctioned and fixed or are in the process of being addressed. To comment any further would be disingenuous.
> 
> Forestree allows us to monitor all our tree assets specific to arboricultural requirements. 

Inspections and works are easily scheduled, risk is monitored, planting lists are generated, stumps are automatically created, and watering is monitored, tailored to our requirements. 

Overall an excellent product.
