> **Pros**: When the system works, it works really well. If people have arranged their visit they can arrive and sign in quickly and easily. It's easy to make bookings and add new contacts. The process of doing most things on Verature is quite logical.

> **Cons**: The issues we have are more to do with our personnel rather than the software but it is tricky always having to arrange everything in advance (obviously I appreciate that is part of the nature of compliance\!).
