> I have used CiviCRM for many years, and moved to CiviPlus in the last couple of years. The set up is easy and there are many resources available to troubleshoot any minor issue without relying on your support hours. If you do wind up reaching out to the company for help, everyone - from help desk to project and account manager- is reliable and competent.

> **Cons**: Very complex to use, poor user experience, awful customer experience and everything is pay as you go so becomes very expensive

> Very poor. Migration failure started a difficult three years on the system. After recovering from migration the functionality advertised either did not work fully or did not exist. We were expected to pay for development as part of system customisation. Finance integration is very basic and data tracking is challenging . Both customers and our own staff felt the system untenable despite great efforts to make it work for us
