Akitu One has been amazingly easy to use and did not require a whole lot of training. From inputing patients profiles, scheduling, charting, billing and running reports, the system does not require you to be tech savvy. Everything is clear and easy to understand. If I had any issues at all, they were simple fixes and customer service was quick to help when needed. Highly recommend Akitu One.
