> **Cons**: some options in scheduling are not given (i.e. start to start, start from end etc.) creation of DPR and task separately, need to check-in check-out multiple times. no option to change the Base date in front end (approval matrix for the same)

> **Cons**: 1. Revisit some of the logic - moving average of days with progress rather than average of days progressed for projections2. Integration with excel - Excel integration is critical in project planning. It would be a good feature if issue management report generated in Excel does include pictures uploaded as well3. Planning - Although planning task gui is good, the sequencing lines needs to be auto organisable with adequate spacing for task boxes and lines for easy readability.4. Lack of customisation - The software although interactive is rigid in nature and needs to have more customisable features and also a scripting page for more advanced options. 5. Lack of dynamicity - The buffer management needs to have a more dynamic response similar to the subtask level dynamicity.
