Fit everything within the screen. Don’t take up half my work area on static information I don’t need when performing an exam. Inability to easily see what is in the practice management side. So much of what we do involves the front deck and opticians, who only use the pm side. There is no way to communicate to front desk or see if glasses or contacts were ordered without logging into a separate system. > > The very simple eye exams are easy but people with multiple issues take forever to complete an exam.
