Pros
Easy to use. Lots of tutorials available. What you can do with it is limited by your imagination. Once you understand how to build your bots and what you need them for, it is really straightforward to use. Does not affect page loading speed. Lots of customizations available to brand your live chat!
Cons
There is a bit of learning curve, but once you take the time to get things going, they simply work!
