> It's been great\!  Very responsive customer service. Easy to use.  I'm able to connect with my clients \& candidates MUCH quicker than any other channel of communication. My response rate has increased significantly. Especially helpful when I need quick turnarounds and time is of the essence.

> **Pros**: This tool is really good for mass Bullhorn data clean up as well as sending out automated touchpoints to clients and candidates.

> **Cons**: The software is on the newer side, so there are features that are still being developed. The good thing is that the implementation team is very willing to work with their customers to implement new ideas that they may not have originally thought of.
> 
> The upfront work may seem daunting, but the time we are saving once the touchpoints have been put in place is amazing. We now have automated emails/texts sent out when someone is going to start an assignment or is scheduled for an interview, etc. Things are not slipping through the cracks and our process is much more streamlined.
