> **Pros**: There are several features I like about humanpal. The ability to adjust the voice of the avatar pitch, volume, and speed, change the face to one ai human photo just created, and the templates. After a brief video tutorial, I was able to easily create a news studio scene. Once produced, the quality and sinc  the voice to the character was amazing. It was even better than when I tested it prior to finalizing it. It really looked and sounded like a real person. Considering I now get program updates for life and am able to redo any video until I get it just the way I want it, the value is unquestionably worth the cost. I haven't reached out to customer support for this product yet, but based on my experience with other programs from the company I know that I would quickly receive a response and fix within a day.

> **Cons**: I know that upgrades are done often so these points may be in the process of being added but I have a few suggestions to make it even better. I would defiantly like to see more templates for the style of sets or perhaps the ability to create one or adjust/edit one to fit the kind of media or energy feel I want to show.  
More versatility in look of the avatars. Would like a way to change the clothing of an avatar not just the face, perhaps through an editor so it blends better with a product or theme.

> **Cons**: It’s obvious that the avatar’s movements are robotic… and another thing, you’re not allowed to make your own avatar.

> “It takes a long time to generate the video — more than 40 minutes. It would be better if it’s faster, like around 30 minutes. Also, you’re not allowed to create your own avatar. The face swap feature isn’t good either because it changes the original photo you uploaded. And another thing, some of the premium video template options can’t be opened.”

> **Pros**: Good value for money, nice results and ease of use. The one-time payment makes it a "must have" for any person interested in this type of videos. The app feels "live" and it provides new features from time to time.

> **Cons**: It lacks variety of avatars. You cannot save until the end. The UI sometimes is clunky and gets stuck during the preview phase, making necessary to restart the project or cut it in parts.

> It is good, but needs some improvements to make it more pleasant. There are details to be polished here and there. So far I didn't require any customer support with HumanPal, but from other apps I know they are great.
