> **Pros**: Was 5 stars when I was using the free version.  The software works exactly as described and I liked it.  I used the free version for several months and then purchased three (3) PRO licenses.  Installed it on one of the three computers and was very happy setting up disk imaging.  The problem came when I tried activating the second computer's PRO upgrade.  I received errors and then it indicated the license was already activated.  Support sent me more keys but so far nothing has worked.  Support seems to be trying but this has been going on for a week.  I have given up with the help that was very slow in responding, uninstall even the free version, and look for something else.  I requested a refund but that does not look like that is going to work either.  PayPro Global sent them an email and it looks like they are going to ignore it.
