Les clients peuvent faire le témoignage depuis leur ordinateur ou téléphone, ils n'ont qu'à répondre aux questions posées et c'est tout. C'est simple de leur côté. De mon côté, c'est simple aussi car je n'ai aucun montage vidéo à faire. Avant Charlie, je n'avais ni le temps, ni l'envie d'avoir des témoignages vidéos et maintenant, je parviens à en récupérer régulièrement.
