> **Pros**: Crowded makes distributing per diem to our athletes a breeze. Instead of having to count and distribute cash we can set the amounts and send them across our program with the click of a button\! The virtual debit card makes using the money easy as well\!

> **Cons**: not many drawbacks here. We have had some issues with purchases being rejected when they are over the amount left on the card. Not an impossible fix with splitting checks and other items.

> Using crowded has been a huge boost to our operations. Let's us use our time in other manners than distributing money or arranging team meals.
