Documentation is attached to various records to assist in property management activities - information at a glance\!The Nomos One Knowledge Base is extremely helpful if you become stuck on how to do something not previously experienced.

> **Cons**: Have difficulty in extracting accurate detailed reports, however, this could probably be resolved with some additional training.

> Extremely happy with the operation of Nomos One.  Current information at your fingertips when checking on invoicing, events etc.  As long as events are appropriately loaded into the system, efficient reminder process ensures events are handled in a timely manner.

The reports are useful as well as this form part as a schedule in our reports. Leases are easy to set up and modify when needed. Most importantly, the customer service is so helpful when there is an issue encountered.

> **Cons**: Nomos One usually works in Chrome and not in Internet Explorer or Edge. So, need to have Chrome updated all the time.
