Outlook data is kept in house on our own server as well. > > **Cons**: Outlook sometimes acts up strangely if you need to add additional accounts - particularly if those additional accounts are based on outlook.office.com. However, that problem rests in Outlook. There is nothing Akruto can do to fix this. > > Have used Akruto since 2014 and will continue to do so. ----- ### "One Happy AkrutoSync Customer for over 10 years" — 5.0/5 > **Verified Reviewer** | *10 June 2025* | Management Consulting | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: I have been using AkrutoSync for about 10 years. It has been very useful keeping my outlook sync'd between my computer and my iphone. On the couple of instances where AkrutoSync stopped working, the customer support team was extremely helpful in getting the problems resolved. > > **Cons**: I didn't like that over the 10 years, the product stopped syncing 3 times. However, with some help from AkrutoSync customer support, they were able to guide me to get the problems resolved and get my outlook syncing again. > > I am VERY happy with the AkrutoSync software and also with the customer support team. On each instance they helped resolve issues quickly. ----- ### "No tech support" — 1.0/5 > **John** | *2 February 2023* | Aviation & Aerospace | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Pros**: I have no idea, as I haven't been able to install it. > > **Cons**: I can't install the trial version. I have sent messages to tech support both by chat and by email. No one ever gets back to me. Big Fail so far\! > > Unacceptable. ----- ### "A remarkably useful product professionally supported." — 5.0/5 > **Mike** | *24 September 2025* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: An excellent and very valuable system for synchronising your laptop to your mobile. I have used it for many years to sync my calendar and my contacts.. > > **Cons**: I have no areas of disliking this system and the only problems i have had have been with my own system and BT's rubbish new router\! > > When i have had a problem, AkrutoSync staff have been very responsive and have very professionally sorted out any query. ----- ### "Can't imagine life without it\!" — 5.0/5 > **Colleen** | *1 September 2022* | Legal Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: The fact that phones and tablets (and therefore the people who use them) are all on the same page is fantastic. It's astonishing how easy it makes things. > > **Cons**: The fact that I occasionally make it crash\! > > It's only when I've done something stupid (like not realising wi-fi connections have been disrupted on one of the phones connected) that I have problems. The support staff at Akruto are fantastic. Whenever I've had occasion to contact them, they respond almost immediately, and invariably solve my problem. ----- Page: 1 / 6\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.co.uk/software/2063016/akruto-sync?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.co.uk/software/2063016/akruto-sync) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | ----- ## Structured Data
