> **Pros**: The calendar is very easy to use for scheduling appointments, and for our technicians to access remotely on their mobile phones. They have access to real time appointment updates, and personalised staff schedules, giving them the tools to work efficiently while out in the field.&#10;The ability to edit \&amp; save reports to fit with our company, making it much faster to create reports for our clients when needed is very handy too.
