> **Cons**: Very little to not like. The system has an older look to it but functions extremely well. I have used other CRMs that have a more modern aesthetic but do not integrate as well on mobile and are clunky. This is not a flashy design, but it isn't needed.

> Easy onboarding and very fluid workflow. The CRM can do almost anything we need a CRM to do. I have recommended small tweaks and the team is very communicative and quick to respond. The CRM has evolved a lot in the two years I have been using it and it seems like it continues to improve without having to relearn anything new.
