The features I use and like the most (apart from the scheduling tool) are: being able to see and respond to all comments and DMs in real time from a single inbox (I can filter as needed), while scheduling TikTok I can opt to add recommended music. The automation feature for DMs and comments, which really surprised me in a good way. I’ve also been using the task assignment feature, which helps me a lot with project management and collaborating with my team more efficiently. I could literally generate and download my social media report in less than a minute, so I’m definitely saying goodbye to manually pulling information from each app one by one. Another thing I found great is the social media listening feature. While I’m still getting familiar with it, the fact that the software offers it at this price point, along with everything else, is really noteworthy. The home page gives you an overview of where everything is, so the tutorial is quite helpful. As for scheduling both posts and reels, I can say that it's easy to do, but it takes a while to upload files, so you have to be patient. I like that it has a preview of how the content will look when it's finished and then you can finally schedule it. On the other hand, the calendar is great. It allows me to filter and modify its size. Something I find interesting is the media site. I can upload my files or photos and choose directly to then create content. I find the automations interesting. It offers a good system that allows you to filter words so that the DM is direct, and I like that. Overall, it's a very helpful website. It doesn't just offer the basics; there are many features that may be more useful to some than others.
