About NeoAssist

NeoAssist is a modular, omnichannel customer care solution that makes it possible to use chatbots with natural language processing technology, create workflows, organize the distribution of tasks, and monitor the response times and resolution of calls using metrics and alerts.

The platform also provides specific modules for a team to provide support on various channels, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, with the option to view the timeline of each client and segment their calls according to the demand and the urgency level. NeoAssist provides an email manager to control messages and automatically answer them from an intelligent database. Available in Portuguese for the Brazilian market.
