Auch die technische Stabilität ist sehr gut, da es bis jetzt keine signifikante Downtime gab. Das System rechnet sich auch wirtschaftlich. Die Ersparnis an Zeit und Lohnkosten übersteigt die Lizenzkosten deutlich. Das System ist sein Geld wert. Haben Mitarbeiter Kunden "Remote" betreut über Portatour und nach verschiedenen Icons gewusst, dass diese Kunden nicht angefahren werden müssen, sondern nur abtelefoniert. Dadurch bestand für uns die Gefahr nach Ausscheiden eines Mitarbeiter diese Daten an den nächsten zu übergeben. Gleichzeitig haben Mitarbeiter sich eine eigene Datenbasis aufgebaut die nicht identisch zu der im CRM war... dadurch haben anderen Mitarbeiter bspw. im Innendienst Kontaktdaten gefehlt. > > Im großen und ganzen sehr gut, ich selber bin kein Nutzer, sondern der Admin.
